Hi, I’m Claire Swindell—owner, designer, and digital problem-solver behind Pinefolk Creative. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked alongside small businesses, artists, entrepreneurs, and service pros to help them show up with confidence online.
My journey into web design and digital marketing didn’t start in a classroom—it started on stage. While performing with the Sarah Mac Band, I quickly realized that being a creative wasn’t just about the art—it was about knowing how to share it. I dove headfirst into learning the ins and outs of web design, branding, and email marketing so we could build a solid presence from scratch. That hands-on crash course turned out to be the foundation of something bigger.
Other local business owners started reaching out, and just like that, my first digital studio was born. Over time, I saw a common thread: most small businesses don’t have thousands to drop on a website, and they definitely don’t have time to maintain it. So, I reshaped my business model around what they actually needed—professional websites with approachable pricing. That’s where my affordable monthly payment model comes in. Simple. Sustainable.
